How can I order?
Orders can be made online in writing at the e-mail address or through the forms on the site. You can consult your phone. with KroneMarket staff before ordering.
Do I need an account to place my order in the online store?
No. At the end of the order, you can fill in your billing data, without registering on the site.
What payment methods are accepted?
Online Bank Payment Order. After receiving the Proforma Invoice, you make the payment in our account. After making the payment, send a copy of the payment document (deposit) with the bank confirmation by email, whatsapp or SMS. From now on, your order becomes valid.
How long does it take to receive the order?
If the products are in stock in max. 2-3 working days, you can receive the ordered products. There are also products that can be purchased with pre-order, and the duration of delivery on a case-by-case basis.
